World Tuberculosis Day, also known as World TB Day, seeks to raise awareness for Tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is a bacterial infectious disease that affects the lungs. It is estimated that in 2020, 10 million people fell ill with Tuberculosis and 1.5 million died from the disease.
