World Teachers’ Day has been celebrated on October 5th every year since 1994. UNESCO and ILO team up to celebrate the teachers who inspire youth all over the world. It is an occasion to celebrate the essential role of teachers in providing quality education at all levels. Teachers make a large impact on our lives. They offer support, encourage learning, and foster growth. They have the unique responsibility to make a difference in our youth and our community;they aren’t just teachers, they’re life mentors and coaches.
