15th March each year is celebrated as World Consumer Rights Day.
This day is commemorated by raising global awareness about consumer rights and needs.
Here in Trinidad and Tobago, The Consumer Affairs Division, under The Ministry of Trade and Industry is the governing body for consumers affairs.
