Rio Seco Waterfall

Rio Seco, an area of ‘rugged beauty’ is located between the communities of Balandra and Matura in the North East of Trinidad. Hiking to the Rio Seco Waterfall is easy/light trail. The adventure seekers are embraced by the beautiful rainforests with a variety of flora and fauna. While the trail can be muddy at times, the hiker can have lots of fun climbing through cascades following a picturesque river. A gorgeous 30ft waterfall with a large deep pool at its base, perfect for a swim and the adventurous can climb the waterfall and jump off the top.
