INGREDIENTS
10 Scallops
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of white pepper
1/2 Cup of Flour
2 Tablespoon of Corn Starch
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
1/2 Cup of Water
DIRECTIONS:
STEP 1 -MAKE THE BATTER
In a bowl, add flour, corn starch, baking powder, salt, water and mix together well.
STEP 2 – DEEP FRY THE SCALLOPS
Add the scallops to the batter and deep fry the scallops for 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes
