Lent Menu : Shrimp and Lobster Pelau

Trini Cooking with Natasha shows us how to make this delicious dish.


1 large lobster tail chopped into cubes

1/2 lb shrimp

1/2 tsp salt

1 - 2 tbsp green seasoning

1/2 tsp fish seasoning

1/2 tsp cookup seasoning

1/2 tsp lemon pepper

1 cup washed parboiled rice

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cook up seasoning

1/4 cup pigeon peas - pre cooked

1 tbsp green seasoning

1/2 onion chopped

1 tomato chopped

1 scallion chopped

1 carrot chopped

1/2 red bell chopped

2 Penton chopped

1 stalk celery chopped

2 cloves garlic

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 pack coconut milk powder
