3/4 cups cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp instant coffee
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp cake spice
1 cup full cream milk at room temperature
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
8 dashes Angostura Cocoa bitters
4 dashes orange bitters
1/2 cup light oil - vegetable,canola,soyabean,soybean, olive oil
1 cup boiling water

For the Ganache-
3 heaping tbsp cocoa powder sifted
2 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp instant coffee
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup full cream milk
2 tbsp condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 dashes cocoa bitters
