Rick Ramoutar has won the 2024 Chutney Soca Monarch Competition with his popular hit "Luuuzzaarr." The final was held at Skinner Park, San Fernando on Saturday night. Defending Monarch Daddy Chinee took second place while Rawytee Ramroop placed third.
