Asa Wright Nature Centre has partnered with local food and beverage giant HADCO Limited in the management of its ecolodge tucked away deep in the heart of the forest. Naturalists can look forward to visiting once again this world-class birding destination with its many trails, caves, waterfalls and abundance of butterflies, insects, and plants.
Listed as one of the top ten eco resorts in the world, Asa Wright Nature Centre boasts of over 1,000 acres of protected land and many endangered species and a dazzling array of birds including the rare nocturnal oil birds. The Centre is renowned for its conservation efforts and this HADCO partnership will ensure the continuation of the Centre’s superb conservation efforts and restart of its accommodation operations.
The Centre and HADCO are now in the midst of negotiations on the terms of its concession for the operation of the ecolodge.
